ATLAS components feeding solution is the pinnacle of speed, density, and accuracy for manufacturing material handling. Our system features a dual-sided system that ensures the assembly machine or system is never delayed waiting for optical components such as lenses or image sensors. An operator loads optics into a Loadport Automated System (LAS). The loadport is then moved manually or with AMR to the ATLAS system, where automation efficiently feeds the optics into the assembly machine or system. The modular design is configurable, boosts throughput, and reduces labor costs by 50-75%
